Job Description:

iboss is looking for a Demand Generation Manager with experience in high-growth SaaS businesses. We’re in search of a self-starter who is passionate about driving ROI through integrated, end-to-end marketing programs. This role will be instrumental in helping us to achieve our growth targets by developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs.

Thinking about SEO, paid search, display, content syndication, inbound marketing, and beyond, you’ll be responsible for helping us meet our MQL and SQL targets. You’ll work very closely with both the marketing and sales teams to ensure high-value leads progress through the sales funnel, ultimately driving our bookings goals.



  • Partner with our marketing agency and internal team to build integrated marketing programs using a mix of digital media, content, and email marketing
  • Manage and monitor the flow of leads from marketing to sales
  • Partner with the sales team to define and implement processes for MQL follow-up
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights from our data, and then optimize spend and performance based on your findings



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, MBA a plus
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience in demand generation, paid digital marketing, or integrated campaign development
  • Experience with a variety of demand generation approaches: digital, social, events, inbound, account based marketing, etc.
  • Experience in information security, specifically threat intelligence a big plus!
  • Data-driven, analytical, and fact-based approach to making business recommendations and decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak knowledgeably, clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of audiences
