We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance department and manage our full-cycle payables process.


  • Timely processing of all invoices, T&E, and credits to the General Ledger using proper GL coding.
  • Ensuring proper authorization is obtained for invoices and purchase orders when needed
  • Drive uploading process from PO system into General Ledger.
  • Ensuring internal and external customers receive superior customer service.
  • Ensuring proper cut-off of invoices for accrual purposes for month/year end close.
  • Ensuring Accounts Payable General Ledger reconciliations are done timely and aged items are researched and cleared.
  • Providing guidance and leadership to the A/P team.
  • Generating 1099 forms for independent contractors and keeping update with IRS 1099 Guidelines
  • Driving payables processing throughout the Company and management to meet timelines/deliverable of overall Finance team.
  • Electronically documenting and storing all invoices.
  • Working with management to streamline processes and improve workflow.
  • Own all Vendor Relationships and ensure all details are maintained and up to date within the General Ledger system.


  • 5 to 7 years in an Accounts Payable of which 2+ in a Management/Supervisory role. 
  • Detail oriented; great communication skills; proficiency in ERP systems and Excel required.
  • Properly manages time, establishes priorities and effectively schedules work to meet deadlines.
  • Concur & Procurify experience preferred.
